This was such a fun pattern and project! I love the watercolor along with the embroidery. It’s a super cute pattern. The tiny details on the books, the plant, and the embroidery hoop are just perfect. This was one of my favorites so far! The instruction videos are so easy to follow and help guide you through the whole project. I love the fact that every kit comes with everything you need, from start to finish. Thank you for a great kit, Clever Poppy!

I was a little nervous about painting with the watercolors but your tutorial was excellent and all came out great. Love the plant hanging over the little pot. Not quite finished but can't wait to give to my book- and cat-loving daughter.

The watercolor is a very poor added element to this cute needlepoint. It ruined both cloths so I had to use my own muslin. I’m just sewing the whole thing and avoided the watercolor.

Hi Julie, we appreciate you giving the watercolour kit a try and sharing your experience with us. We've reached out via email to learn a little more about what happened and see how we can help. This will help us improve our kits and tutorials for future stitchers.
