When will my order ship?

Our warehouse will endeavour to fulfill your order within 1 business day.  However during busy times this may increase to 1-3 business days.

Issues regarding delivery

In most cases, your order will be delivered within the estimated time of delivery.  However the actual delivery date may be affected by weather and other external factors.  If your package has not been delivered or your tracking information shows that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, please contact our customer service immediately.

What is your return policy?

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at shop@cleverpoppy.com  If your return is accepted, you will need to ship the item back to us. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
