The following terms must also be met in order for your item to be replaced or refunded:

  • You will need to contact us within 7 days of receiving your order for an exchange or refund
  • To be eligible for a refund, you must return the package in the same condition that you received it including original packaging
  • Refunds will only be provided for items that are faulty or damaged.
  • You are responsible for returning the item at your own cost (unless the item is faulty).  We highly recommend using a trackable shipping method.
  • Your replacement item will not be sent until we have received and checked your return.
