Fulfilment method and times
Your order will be dispatched directly from our fulfilment centre in China. Upon dispatch you will receive a notification of the order being processed. Then once your order has arrived in your country and been received by the local courier network, you will receive an updated shipment notification via email. This will include your tracking number once it is ready.
Shipping address
Please make sure that you have provided the correct and current address for shipping and delivery. Please be certain that the address provided is a physical address. Items cannot be delivered to security-restricted areas such as military bases.
Fulfillment times
Our warehouse will endeavour to fulfill your order within 1 business day. However during busy times this may increase to 1-3 business days.
Issues regarding delivery
In most cases, your order will be delivered within the estimated time of delivery. However the actual delivery date may be affected by weather and other external factors. If your package has not been delivered or your tracking information shows that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, please contact our customer service immediately.
Refund and returns policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at shop@cleverpoppy.com If your return is accepted, you will need to ship the item back to us. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Refunds will only be provided for items that are faulty or damaged.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
I had so much fun making this to hang with my bunny collection. As always, the directions are clear, easy to follow, and all the supplies you need come in a neat and easy-to-take with you box.

Bunny Blooms Beginner Kit
This kit is how I learned how to embroider in 2023. Fastforward to now and my sister wanted to learn to embroider, so I wanted to get her the same kit to set her up for success. In 2023, everything was DMC brand. But now everything is a white label alternative that's been branded Clever Poppy. For the most part, this isn't a big deal. The scissors and needles are fine. But the new off-brand floss is NOT good compared to DMC. The thread tends to clump and knot when you try to separate the strands. My sister was having an extremely difficult time and thought it was just that she was "bad" at embroidery. I switched her to DMC floss and she's having a much easier time. However, the off-brand colors are not an exact match even with Clever Poppy's color match chart, so you can see the difference on her sampler in places where she partially did it with the Clever Poppy floss. I would rate this kit's instructions/videos as 5 stars, but the floss gets a 1 star.

While we’ve switched to our own brand of thread, we do want to reassure you that our Clever Poppy thread is also made from 100% Egyptian cotton - just like the DMC ones.
