Fulfilment method and times
Your order will be dispatched directly from our fulfilment centre in China. Upon dispatch you will receive a notification of the order being processed. Then once your order has arrived in your country and been received by the local courier network, you will receive an updated shipment notification via email. This will include your tracking number once it is ready.
Shipping address
Please make sure that you have provided the correct and current address for shipping and delivery. Please be certain that the address provided is a physical address. Items cannot be delivered to security-restricted areas such as military bases.
Fulfillment times
Our warehouse will endeavour to fulfill your order within 1 business day. However during busy times this may increase to 1-3 business days.
Issues regarding delivery
In most cases, your order will be delivered within the estimated time of delivery. However the actual delivery date may be affected by weather and other external factors. If your package has not been delivered or your tracking information shows that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, please contact our customer service immediately.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at shop@cleverpoppy.com If your return is accepted, you will need to ship the item back to us. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Refunds will only be provided for items that are faulty or damaged.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
I love this hoop I have 2 and just ordered a 3rd, they keep the fabric tight and I love the way it tightens it feels easier than wood hoops to me
Such a great hoop! My fabric never budged while stitching (even with a ton of French knots)! The color is very nice too! I’d love to see more sizes of this hoop come to the shop.
This is my favorite hoop, and I have quite a few! It stays tight once tightened with a screwdriver, and it is smooth and comfortable to hold.
Ok but I don't think it holds the fabric as tight as the wooden ones.

Love the ease of using this hoop and then transferring my design to a wooden hoop.
I love this hoop! It's a little larger than most of the hoops that come with the projects, but this is a serious game changer. I would order these in every size if I could. I didn't have to readjust my fabric through the entire project! It just stays put and works!! And for such a reasonable price. I already ordered a second one because I don't want to do a project without one!! Please sell more sizes!!
Love stitching on a plastic hoop. Absolute game changer. I stitch in one of these and then move it to wooden hoop for display!

I have been using the ELOVELl embroidery hoop and it is a game changer. The fabric stays taut in the hoop for easy stitching. My only wish is they sold more sizes. So happy I purchased it.
Love these hard plastic hops. I find my fabric stays taut a lot longer and not as slippery as the tiimber ones! Highly recommended!
