Fulfilment method and times

Your order will be dispatched directly from our fulfilment centre in China. Upon dispatch you will receive a notification of the order being processed. Then once your order has arrived in your country and been received by the local courier network, you will receive an updated shipment notification via email. This will include your tracking number once it is ready.

 

Shipping address

Please make sure that you have provided the correct and current address for shipping and delivery.  Please be certain that the address provided is a physical address.  Items cannot be delivered to security-restricted areas such as military bases.

Our warehouse will endeavour to fulfill your order within 1 business day.  However during busy times this may increase to 1-3 business days.

 

Issues regarding delivery

In most cases, your order will be delivered within the estimated time of delivery.  However the actual delivery date may be affected by weather and other external factors.  If your package has not been delivered or your tracking information shows that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, please contact our customer service immediately.

    What is your delivery time? Do you offer express shipping?

    Please see our shipping policy here. We do not offer express shipping. Our standard delivery time ranges from 5 to 12 days. 

    Do you sell digital patterns? 

    Currently we do not sell digital patterns. Each pattern is only available when you purchase the kit. 

    How can I access the video tutorials?

    Our Bee Happy beginner kit includes a Quick Start card with a QR code that will take you directly to the Bee Happy video tutorials. Additionally, we send a link to the tutorials via email upon checkout. If you encounter any issues accessing the tutorials, please contact us at shop@cleverpoppy.com.

    What is the size of the finished hoop?

    The Bee Happy finished hoop measures 6” in diameter (16cm).

    Is this appropriate for children?

    While our kits are primarily designed for adults, children aged eight and above may be able to follow along with some assistance.

    What are the threads made of?

    Our threads are made of quality 100% Egyptian cotton.

    Is the fabric pre-stamped?

    No, the fabric is not pre-stamped. You will need to trace the pattern onto the fabric yourself. The kit includes a transfer pen and tutorial videos to guide you through the process. Any visible pen marks after stitching can be easily erased, giving your final piece a clean, polished look.

    How long does it take to complete?

    For an absolute beginner, we estimate our Bee Happy beginner kit takes approximately 5-6 hours on average to complete.

Refund and returns policy

Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at shop@cleverpoppy.com  If your return is accepted, you will need to ship the item back to us. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.  Refunds will only be provided for items that are faulty or damaged.

 

Refunds 

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
