Fulfilment method and times
Your order will be dispatched directly from our fulfilment centre in China. Upon dispatch you will receive a notification of the order being processed. Then once your order has arrived in your country and been received by the local courier network, you will receive an updated shipment notification via email. This will include your tracking number once it is ready.
Shipping address
Please make sure that you have provided the correct and current address for shipping and delivery. Please be certain that the address provided is a physical address. Items cannot be delivered to security-restricted areas such as military bases.
Fulfillment times
Our warehouse will endeavour to fulfill your order within 1 business day. However during busy times this may increase to 1-3 business days.
Issues regarding delivery
In most cases, your order will be delivered within the estimated time of delivery. However the actual delivery date may be affected by weather and other external factors. If your package has not been delivered or your tracking information shows that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, please contact our customer service immediately.
Refund and returns policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at shop@cleverpoppy.com If your return is accepted, you will need to ship the item back to us. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Refunds will only be provided for items that are faulty or damaged.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Extremely good videos and stitch guide!
My first time ever embroidering and I loved doing it! I watched the videos and that made my experience seem like it wasn’t all that hard to learn! I ordered another beginner kit, different pattern, and I can’t wait to get started! I’ll definitely be getting more in the future!

I am obsessed with this little pumpkin and its flowers. I am actually in the process of making a second one after completely falling in love with the first one I made for my child who is obsessed with all things pumpkin and halloween. The videos and tutorials made this an easy process and helped me hone some beginner skills.

It had been a very long time since I had done any embroidery. The tutorials were a life saver. So many helpful hints and always lots of reassuring. The erasable makes for a wonderful finished product, one that I was proud to give as a gift.
Used these stickers to make a Halloween dress for my daughter. It came out so cute and she loved wearing it this spooky season! The stickers are high quality and easy to follow. The backing also came off easily on a gentle wash cycle.
It was great, excellent quality, took a while to arrive but i didn’t realise it was a US company as the site came up as .au and it ended up beng very expensive with the exchange rate!!

Just to clarify, we're based in New Zealand where all our kits and patterns are designed. We ship directly from our kitting facility in China to make delivery quicker and more sustainable for our customers around the world.
Delivery usually takes around 8–12 days on average, so it’s lovely to see your order arrived within 9! And the .au website view simply reflects your browsing location, so it adjusts automatically depending on where you’re visiting from.

I ADORED THIS PROJECT! I have finally gotten the tracing under my belt, so that helped to create such a pretty little Fall decor. I especially enjoyed the stitching tips ; the video guide was incredible!
This was so much fun!
My Granddaughter and I did this as a summer project last year. We both loved the instructions and the project working together. Since then we have done another cat one as a gift. The instructions are so helpful and fun to listen to. Will do many more.
The videos for directions on the order of the stitches and how to do the stitches are so helpful. And I am much more confident in French knots and satin stitches now
I’m still working on kit and to be honest the satin stitch will be the death of me LOL. It’s a great way to learn embroidery and the tutorial is great; you learn as you stitch.
