Fulfilment method and times
Your order will be dispatched directly from our fulfilment centre in China. Upon dispatch you will receive a notification of the order being processed. Then once your order has arrived in your country and been received by the local courier network, you will receive an updated shipment notification via email. This will include your tracking number once it is ready.
Shipping address
Please make sure that you have provided the correct and current address for shipping and delivery. Please be certain that the address provided is a physical address. Items cannot be delivered to security-restricted areas such as military bases.
Fulfillment times
Our warehouse will endeavour to fulfill your order within 1 business day. However during busy times this may increase to 1-3 business days.
Issues regarding delivery
In most cases, your order will be delivered within the estimated time of delivery. However the actual delivery date may be affected by weather and other external factors. If your package has not been delivered or your tracking information shows that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, please contact our customer service immediately.
Refund and returns policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at shop@cleverpoppy.com If your return is accepted, you will need to ship the item back to us. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Refunds will only be provided for items that are faulty or damaged.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Julie does a wonderful job of explaining how to do embroidery. I do appreciate her teaching style as well. Especially as someone who considers themselves a perfectionist, it is nice to be reminded that it is okay to just enjoy a craft. The interface where all the tutorials are is also very nice and user-friendly. Aesthetically pleasing, too.

I love the video tutorials. My three year old was excited for me to see a project to gift to him; but he surprised me by turning the activity into a shared project! He loves to watch the videos and do the steps right along side me, helping to select colours, cut thread, and pull the needle through! Not only did this project provide a rewarding new hobby, but memories are also being made with my son.
I wish that there was more variety in the stitches being sampled. Admittedly satin stitch is my least favorite and I should have paid attention to that when purchasing this.

The kits are all beautiful. And the customer service is amazing. There was a problem with the delivery service but Clever Poppy took care of it right away and I received my kits. I will order more from them soon. I already have a want list.
This kit has been great fun to stitch! I love the pretty fall colors, and that owl is adorable. I just have his head & face to finish, which will probably happen today.
