Over the christmas break you can browse and shop our online store. However we will be on holiday over the christmas break won't be shipping any orders again until January 3rd.
NEW ZEALAND
We have FREE shipping nationwide for all orders $100 and over. For all orders under $100 we have a flat rate of $8.50.
Orders are dispatched within 3 business days and sent via tracked courier. Expected delivery times range between 2-4 business days from dispatch for residential areas and 4-7 days from dispatch for rural delivery.
NOTE: We won't ship to PO Boxes, please provide a physical address.
AUSTRALIA

Your shipping cost will be calculated and shown in your cart after providing your delivery address.

We only use DHL express for international orders. This is a great service with an expected delivery time of between 2-4 days after dispatch.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
We will always strive to ship orders within 3 business days of receiving the order. Please note we do not ship orders on weekends or public holidays.
You will receive an email confirmation with any tracking numbers once your order has been dispatched.
Please ensure your shipping address is correct, we will not be held responsible for un-delivered orders due to incorrect delivery details.
Please note that all advertised delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed.
SIGNATURE NOT REQUIRED OPTION
You can select whether signature upon delivery is required. If no signature required is selected and the package goes missing AFTER delivery then that is at the customers own risk.
** INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING TERMS:
Once dispatched the customer will assume the risk of loss and title for the merchandise.
The purchaser will be liable for any additional taxes/import duty that may incur during transit and/or on delivery. We do not offer refunds if you refuse the package due to customs charges.
Please note shipments can often be held by customs for long periods of time, unfortunately this is beyond our control. Please ensure you are aware of the cost of these fees before you make your purchase.
