For all orders under $100 we have a flat rate of $8.00

Orders are dispatched within 3 business days and sent via tracked courier.

Expected delivery times range between 2-4 business days from dispatch for residential areas and 4-7 days from dispatch for rural delivery.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

We will always strive to ship orders within 3 business days of receiving the order. Please note we do not ship orders on weekends or public holidays.

You will receive an email confirmation with your tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

Please ensure your shipping address is correct, we will not be held responsible for un-delivered orders due to incorrect delivery details.

** INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING TERMS:

Once dispatched the customer will assume the risk of loss and title for the merchandise.

The purchaser will be liable for any additional taxes/import duty that may incur during transit and/or on delivery. We do not offer refunds if you refuse the package due to customs charges.
