We have FREE shipping nationwide for all orders $100 and over.

For all orders under $100 we have a flat rate of $8.00

Orders are dispatched within 3 business days and sent via tracked courier.

Expected delivery times range between 2-4 business days from dispatch for residential areas and 4-7 days from dispatch for rural delivery.

NOTE: We won't ship to PO Boxes, please provide a physical address.

We use DHL express for international orders. This is a great service with an expected delivery time of between 2-4 days after dispatch.

For smaller orders, we also have an Economy option, this service will typically deliver 7-14 days after dispatch.

All shipments are tracked and you will receive a tracking number in your confirmation email.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

We will always strive to ship orders within 3 business days of receiving the order. Please note we do not ship orders on weekends or public holidays.

You will receive an email confirmation with your tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

Please ensure your shipping address is correct, we will not be held responsible for un-delivered orders due to incorrect delivery details.

Please note that all advertised delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed.

** INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING TERMS:

Once dispatched the customer will assume the risk of loss and title for the merchandise.

The purchaser will be liable for any additional taxes/import duty that may incur during transit and/or on delivery. We do not offer refunds if you refuse the package due to customs charges.
