This kit includes:
- Ashford small weaving frame 35cm x 25cm (13" x 9")
The Ashford small weaving frame is made from sustainably sourced native New Zealand Silver Beech Hardwood and has a lovely natural smooth finish. They are designed to be super simple to assemble and disassemble (no screws required!) for easy transportation. The solid construction also ensures that your loom won't bend when placed under tension from the warp string.
- Ashford wooden weaving needle 22cm (8.5")
The Ashford wooden weaving needle is made from sustainably sourced native New Zealand Silver Beech Hardwood and has a lovely natural smooth finish. This 22cm size is matched to your small weaving frame.
- Clever Poppy weaving comb
The Clever Poppy weaving comb is a lot of fun to work with when you are beating down your weft rows. The tooth spacing is designed to match the spacing on your weaving frame.
- DMC #13 weaving needle
This simple yarn needle is used for tidying up tails and some of the weaving techniques. The large eye ensures you will be able to thread the chunky yarns that we use.

New ZealandSharing weaving with my mum
I bought this kit for my mum. I had a wonderful time with mum learning how to thread the loom. We watched the videos, which were so helpful. My mum is now set to create something wonderful. Now I want to buy my own loom kit.
